Performance with and by Paul Bondane, Ioana Dajbog, Răzvan Omotă
With this performance we want to bring to the audience the importance of the courage to be vulnerable, to let Dajbog and Omotă's texts carry you through the most powerful emotions, danced to Bondane's classical music and drums. It is a wake-up call: we are not alone. Together we get through anything. Irony, often, makes you more resilient.
It's a labyrinth-show, which for about an hour turns you on all sides like an emotional Merry-go-round, moving you to the point where you end up dancing with the performers.
The themes covered are personal: from toxic masculinity passed down trans-generationally, fear of war, unnecessary labels imposed by society, queer relationships and sensitivity - but it's not as if they don't concern you too.
After a journey through major cities in Romania (Sibiu, Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara, Brasov), we're back in the capital to thrill (again) the audience.
