Miguel Gane (George Mihăiță Gane) was born on July 20, 1993, in Lerești, Romania. He is the author of the poetry collections Con tal de verte volar (AGUILAR), Ahora que ya bailas (AGUILAR), La piel en los labios (AGUILAR), Ojos de Sol (AGUILAR), and Puedes hacerme lo que quieras (AGUILAR), as well as the novels Cuando seas mayor (SUMA), Alguien a quien querer (SUMA), and the children’s book Algo más que el bosque (MOLINO).

His work has established him as one of the most prominent voices of the new generation of poets, leading to invitations to major international literary events such as FIL Guadalajara, FIL Bogotá, FIL Buenos Aires, and FIL Quito. To date, his work, translated into Romanian and Italian and published in Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina, has sold approximately 200,000 copies worldwide.
