The performance directed by Dumitru Acriș brings Bertolt Brecht's great tragedy before the audience at a time when war is as present in our lives as it was when the text was written. The performance proposes a new vision of the micro tragedies within the great tragedies of history, of a guilt for which it is hard to find the culprit and, fatally, of the slow but sure break-up of a family trapped in the unforgiving and merciless logic of war.
