Good News for FITS Spectators! The Second Set of Tickets is Up for Sale as of Today

The organizers of the Sibiu International Theatre Festival would like to announce that the second set of tickets for the 24th edition of the event, taking place between 9-18 June, is now up for sale.

As of 12 pm today, 14 April, performing arts lovers can buy tickets for another 39 indoor representations, theatre, dance, music and contemporary circus performances.
During the Easter holidays, the Theatre Agency is open as follows: Saturday, 15 April, Sunday, 16 April, and Monday, 17 April – closed; starting Tuesday, 18 April, the Agency will be open according to its regular programme: Tuesday-Saturday, 11 am-6 pm, and Sunday, 10 am-2 pm. Tickets can also be bought in the national network of Germanos, Orange and Vodafone stores, Humanitas and Cărturești bookstores, as well as online, on the portal

For full information about the events up for sale through this set, access the Festival website,www.sibfest.en. If you want to buy tickets online, the website is interconnected with the platform, which you can access directly from each event’s presentation page.

Until now, more than 4,300 tickets have already been bought from the first set of tickets, which went up for sale on 27 March. Eight representations are sold out, i.e. “Lecture on Nothing” (9 June), both representations of “Brodsky/Baryshnikov” (15 and 16 June), both representations of “Faust” (17 and 18 June), “...That Silverio” (17 June), “I, Carmen” (16 June), and “Flamenco Gala” (18 June).

This edition, the price of tickets stays the same, varying from show to show, from RON 10 to RON 40.

The last set of tickets will be put up for sale on 5 May, and will include all the other events in FITS 2017 for which tickets are required.

We would like to remind you that FITS is looking for an unprofessional actor to be part of this year’s edition and see the event from a brand-new perspective, getting on stage alongside actors of the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre, in the performance “Happy Holidays”, directed by Cristian Juncu in Sibiu.
