“The Seagull”, directed by Tania Filip, is a production of the National University of Theatre and Film “I. L. Caragiale”, which proposes a different vision on the need of understanding and closeness between people, on goals that are easy to dissipate, on the absence of the artistic genius, but especially on a life in constant search for meanings faced by all the artists in the world. The characters are confronted with both the absence of love, and the dream of being famous, and in the end, they understand the illusion of living an ideal and an authentic love.
Performance in Romanian, with translation into English.

Special effects: use of incense

“The Seagull” after A.P.Cehov, a UNATC “I.L.Caragiale” production in colaboration with “The Small Theatre Bucharest”.
