“There was no voice throughout the vast illimitable desert, and the characters upon the rock were Silence.” Edgar Allan Poe

“Silence Falls” is an atmospheric fusion of story-telling, theatre and dark cabaret. Join Madame E and her troupe of travelling players as they venture into the macabre world of Edgar Allan Poe. They invite you to share in their decadent tales of death, desire and murder. Who are they and where have they come from? What binds them together in their unending travels?
Come and enjoy the masquerade, lose yourself in their mysterious tales. But remember there is a cost for the one who listens, a price to be paid…

His eyes have all the seeming
of a demon’s that is dreaming…

his shadow on the floor;
And my soul from out that shadow

…Shall be lifted - nevermore!
Performance not recommended to audiences under the age of 12.
