”Parallel lives – The 20th century seen through the eyes of the Secret Police” is a project of the International Theatre Festival Divadelná in Nitra, Slovakia, that connects artists, co-producers and partner institutions from six countries: The Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. Artists from former socialist countries have created six theatre productions based on the study of materials kept in the archives of the secret police. All these productions had their world premieres during the International Theatre Festival in Nitra Divadelná between September 27 and October 2, 2013. ”The whole show is, in fact, strong artistically and emotionally speaking, impeccably designed and flawlessly played. Based on a flawless scenario, on surprising collations of facts and documents, Typographic Capital Letters is a great and terrific examination of conscience. ”(Mircea Morariu, adevarul.ro)
Performance presented in Romanian with translation.

The performance is a co-production of dramAcum and the International Theatre Festival in Nitra, Slovakia, in partnership with Odeon Theatre and is part of the European project ”Parallel lives – The 20th century seen through the eyes of the Secret Police”.
